The arbequina olive was introduced into Morocco's agriculture in the 1980's. Since then, the Moroccan Arbequina has developed into a much sought after treasure, and has gone on to produce a beautiful olive oil that is delicate, mild, and absolutely fragrant. What begins as a nutty, sweet flavor soon develops into delicately mild and fragrant experience. Finishing notes that are almost reminiscent of melon and almond is soon accompanied by a delicious fruity aftertaste.
